*特別通告：本屆賽事獲獎之作品，在疫情情況許可下，將安排於本地作公開展覽，日期待定。
比賽項目:
繪畫 : 兒童畫、中國畫、油畫、塑膠彩、水粉、水彩、粉彩、素描、漫畫、工藝畫等
作品風格、手法、顏料不限，以發揮參賽者無盡創意，參賽者可自由選擇使用不同風格及顏料作賽。(作品大小不超過「4開」48.5cm X 33.5cm)
電繪 :
作品風格、手法不限。（文本作品大小不超過「4開」48.5cm X 33.5cm；數碼作品大小不超過4032 X 4032像素及檔案大小不可超過4MB）作品可以任何形式提交，包括但不限於數碼檔案、數碼打印、彩色投影片、彩色打印及黑白 打印，唯數碼作品必須以 .JPEG、.jpg、或 .png 格式提交。
比賽組別:
幼兒組(A01) 3歲或以下
學前組(A02) 4 - 6歲
兒童初級組(B01) 7 - 9歲
兒童高級組(B02) 10 - 12歲
少年初級組(C01) 13 - 15歲
少年高級組(C02) 16 - 18歲
公開組 年齡不限

網上報名(個人/團體(20人以下)報名:

於網上填寫報名表格，「提交」後會於電郵收到「參賽編號」，把電郵中的「參賽編號」填在「作品提交標籤」上並貼在參賽作品背面，然後將附有「作品提交標籤」之作品及報名費用存款証明（入數紙）郵寄 或 親身遞交往協會之辦事處。

每名參賽者報名次數不限，唯每項報名只能提交一份作品，而每份作品只能於是次賽事報名一次。

把填寫好之EXCEL 檔案電郵至cs@hkcaa.org.hk，協會職員會把各參賽者的 「參賽編號」填在EXCEL 檔案內並以電郵回覆。

把EXCEL 檔案中的「參賽編號」填在「作品提交標籤」上並貼在參賽作品背面，然後將附有「作品提交標籤」之作品及報名費用存款証明（入數紙）郵寄 或 親身遞交往協會之辦事處。

每項參賽費用為港幣350元正

網上雲端平台
將下列兩項檔案上傳於雲端共用平台(Google Drive/Dropbox/OneDrive)，並存放於相同資料夾中，將共用連結資料於網上報名表格內提交。(請確保連結開啟權限，如連結未能開啟，恕不另行通知及跟進。)
1. 參賽作品檔案；
2. 報名費用存款証明（入數紙）圖檔 (*網上方式報名一律不接受支票或現金付款)
*已上載於任何公開平台之作品一律不獲受理。

*欲參加本屆2022往後各季度賽事之參賽者，請確保報名表填寫的資料與各季度相同。
*團體／機構大量報名將獲特別安排及協助，請與本會職員聯絡。

如以支票繳付參賽費用，抬頭請寫：「文創科藝有限公司」 或 「C.C.S.A. Co. Ltd.」，並連同作品一併遞交。

Important competition dates

Awards:
Personal Awards:
Each group will have one champion, one runner-up and one third place each season, as well as an unlimited number of gold, silver, bronze, honors and participation awards.
The competition will have one annual champion, one runner-up and one third runner-up, which will be awarded to the participant with the highest points (*see the score calculation table below) in the four seasons of the competition throughout the year.
Group Awards:
Each quarter, outstanding groups, schools or institutions will be awarded the "Outstanding Arts Education Award" to recognize the groups with the most outstanding achievements.
According to the groups, schools or institutions reported by the participants, the group, school or institution with the highest total points (*refer to the score calculation table below) of the participants in the four seasons of the year will be awarded the "Metro Visual Arts Cup".
Articles and Rules:
The "Metropolitan International Youth Arts Festival 2022 Hong Kong Drawing Competition" will be conducted in accordance with the "General Rules and Regulations of the Competition", "Supplementary Rules for Competitions without Venue Attendance" of the Hong Kong Competitive Assessment Association and the Supplementary Rules and Regulations of this competition. Once the participants register, they have understood and agreed to abide by the contents of the rules and regulations.
Participants who have participated in the previous seasons of 2022, please ensure that the information filled in the registration form is the same as the previous season and indicate that you have participated in the previous season.
Additional Charter Rules
Once all works are submitted, it means that the author agrees that the association may display the works at any time and in any way without the need for further consent from the author.
All works have the opportunity to participate in the exhibition. The works will be retained by the Association for a period of time until all related exhibitions are over. If you need to retrieve the works, you must arrange it during the exhibition. Participants can inquire with staff after the competition is over, or pay attention to the announcement on the Association's website.
All arrangements for retrieving works do not require postage and there are no administrative fees.
The Association will not be responsible for any damage to any works.
After all exhibitions are over, unclaimed works will be handled by the Association at its sole discretion.
Arrangements for supplementary registration after previous seasons this year:
If participants wish to register for the Metropolis International Youth Arts Festival 2022 Hong Kong Drawing Competition (Season 1/2) later, they can follow the registration method of this competition and register before the closing date of this season. However, in addition to the original registration fee, an administration fee of HK$50 will be charged for late registration, a total of HK$400.
The works submitted for supplementary registration must be created based on the theme of the registered quarter.
There will be no first, second and third place awards for late entries. Scoring will be based on the level of the quarter in which they were registered, and only gold, silver, bronze, excellent and participation awards will be awarded.
The contestant's annual award will be counted as one point, and the results of the supplementary registration will be calculated based on the award minus 1 point.
